Waterjet Cutting
The WMC-2 Flow Waterjet Cutting Machine is a high precision CNC machine tool that can cut virtually any material up to 6" thick with minimal edge taper and no heat-affected zones. This eliminates additional stress in the material & provides consistent edge quality, allowing us to provide superior quality Waterjet cutting services.
CNC & General Precision Machining
ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer & supplier of machining: CNC precision conventional, custom & special, general contract work for job shop short runs & large production quantities. Metal & plastic made-to-order components, high speed milling, lathing & finishing. Testing & inspections.
Laser Jet Cutting
The latest addition to our in-house capabilities is the Trumpf 1030 Fiber Laser Cutting machine. With the Trumpf 1030 Fiber laser we can cut up to .500” thick material, including stainless steels and super alloys, quickly and cleanly. The fast cut rate allows for more competitive pricing without sacrificing quality.
